Paprika Cream SauceRecipe

Paprika Cream Sauce recipe by TESCOM

 

Ingredients (for 430ml)

1- 1 red paprika (about 120-150g)
2- 1/2 onion
3- 1 clove of garlic
4- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for stir-frying)
5- 2 tablespoons consommé
6- 300ml water

150ml fresh cream
Salt and pepper, as needed
Italian parsley, as needed

 

Method

Step1:
Cut paprika in half and remove the seeds.
Warm the vegetable in a microwave oven for about 3 minutes/600W. Immerse them in cold water and peel the skin.
Cut them into 3cm square.


Step2:
Slice onion and chop garlic.


Step3:
Pour olive oil into a pan, and stir-fry garlic, onion, and paprika.


Step4:
Add water and consommé into the pan, and cook it on low heat for 10 minutes.


Step5:
After letting [Step4] cool down, pour it into the blender container, set the timer to 60 seconds, and push the VACUUM FRESH button.


Step6:
Get [Step5] back to the pan and warm it, adding fresh cream. Season it with salt and pepper.


Step7:
Mix chopped Italian parsley with [Step6].
