Ingredients (for a 14×11cm mold)

1- 100ml natural soy milk
2- A) 5g gelatin
    3 tablespoons water
    100ml milk
    30g granulated sugar
3- 140g avocado, medium-sized
  1 and 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice (for avocado)
4- 200g cream cheese
5- 10g gelatin

-Blueberry sauce
300g frozen blueberry
2 tablespoons honey

-Topping, as needed
fresh cream
peppermint
blueberry

 

Method

Step1:
Bring cream cheese back to room temperature.


Step2: Preparation with A)
Soak gelatin in water.
Put milk and granulated sugar to a pan and heat it to melt the sugar.
Add the soaked gelatin, melt it and let the pan cool down.


Step3:
Pare and take the seeds of avocado, slice the fruit, and sprinkle lemon juice on it.


Step4:
Put the ingredients into the blender container in order of number, set the timer to 60 seconds, and push the VACUUM FRESH button.


Step5:
Pour [Step4] to a mold and set it by cooling it for over 3 hours.


Step6:
Wash the blender container and its cover.


Step7:
Defrost frozen blueberry.
Put the blueberry and honey into the blender container, set the timer 60 seconds and push the VACUUM FRESH button.


Step8:
Cut and divide [Step5] to a plate one by one, garnish it with [Step7] and top it off as you like.
