Vacuum Basil Sauce recipe by TESCOM

 

Ingredients (for 300ml)

1- 200ml olive oil
2- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
3- 1 teaspoon salt
4- a pinch of pepper
5- 60g basil
6- 10g garlic
7- 40g pine nut (or walnut)

-Finish
A pinch of salt and pepper

 

Method

Step1:
Wash basil, remove the leaves from the stem, and wipe off moisture.
Dice garlic into less than 3cm cubes.


Step2:
Put the ingredients into the blender container in order of number, set the timer to 60 seconds, and push the VACUUM FRESH button.


Step3:
Pour [Step2] into a container, and season it with salt and pepper.
